The Rotastand SOLO is engineered to transform sit-to-stand and pivot transfers. Its patented T Bar mechanism in the base enables a single nurse or carer to perform the transfer, thus reducing the time required for the task and cutting the cost associated with having two carers/nurses.
The bar's stability allows for one-person transfers. The frame's height is adjustable to accommodate all clients. Central wheels facilitate the easy positioning of the Rotastand SOLO. It features a large handlebar for a secure grip and has a weight capacity of 200kg.
The nurse/carer is not required to counterbalance the device as the client pulls themselves into a standing position. The nurse/carer can then assist the client in standing before rotating them to a new seated position.
