The Trekka 4 is part of the Trekka range of high specification mobility scooters. The Trekka mobility scooters have all the extra features you could need on a mobility scooter fitted as standard.
The Trekka 4 is our compact size 4 mph pavement mobility scooter.
Smart teal blue paintwork, the Trekka 4 has been designed for fun out and about, with the capability of going up hills and over terrain other than pavements. Take it to the local park, county show or off the beaten path a little. It’s not a 4 x 4 but with it’s excellent ground clearance it will be just fine on most hard underfoot terrain. The full suspension and air tyres will ensure your comfort.
Bluetooth speakers are not common on mobility scooters. In fact we know of only two others at the moment that have one, the Trekka 8 and Trekka Pro! One day they will all have them but for know be a trend setter and hear your playlists whilst on the go. You can also save your phones battery by plugging in to the USB port.
A bright clear LCD display keeps you informed of your battery status, what speed your are going and how far you’ve gone. Lights and indicator status are also displayed clearly.
Safety is above what is required for a class 2 mobility scooter. Class 2 mobility scooters are not road legal and therefore are not required to have lights, brake lights, indicators or hazard lights. The Trekka 4 has all these as standard. Just because you are riding on a pavement it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be seen.
The Trekka 4 has a user weight limit of 25 stone, which is excellent for a compact size mobility scooter. You may not be anywhere near that weight limit, but it’s good to know the power is there. If gives you confidence when it comes to hills and inclines to know that they will be easy for the Trekka. The range is rated at around 21 miles on a full charge but as we all know that can vary with user weight and hills.
