Are you open at weekends ?
Yes, all day on Saturdays and our Shepton Mallet showroom is also open on Sundays, see our showrooms page for opening hours.
Can I test ride a scooter?
Yes, all our showrooms are able to offer a test ride before buying a mobility scooter, in fact we always encourage our customers to do this.
Will I be able to make sure a portable scooter will fit into my car?
Yes, all our locations allow you to park your car very close to our doors so that we can load the scooter to make sure it will fit.
Can I try out rise and recline chairs?
Yes. We always have a good selection of rise and recline chairs in various sizes on display for you to try, and if you can’t find one that fits, we will be happy to make a made to measure chair for you.
Do you have adjustable beds I can lie on?
Yes, in all of our showrooms you will find different adjustable beds and mattress’s for you to try for comfort.
Do you deliver?
Yes, mobility scooters, rise and recline chairs and adjustable beds are all delivered free of charge. Smaller items may incur a charge depending on location, ask the showroom manager for more details at the time of purchase.
Do you take part exchange?
Yes, we offer part exchange on mobility scooters and powerchairs, ask the manager in the showroom for a valuation.
Do you service and repair mobility scooters?
Yes, we offer a mobile service at your home or you can drop your scooter off at any of our showrooms. Costs vary depending on what’s required, a service on a portable scooter dropped into our showroom would be £45.00 where as a home visit and service on a large scooter would be £95.00. Call us for a quote.
Do you test batteries?
Yes, drop them into us and they are normally ready next day. Full test with print out is £10.00 per pair.
Do you rent mobility scooters or wheelchairs?
No, we don’t. We do however lend out a wheelchair on a very short term basis to help out for our local customers to each showroom for free. These are first come first served and not bookable in advance.
Do you offer finance?
No, we don’t offer any finance. Due to the poor value offered by third party finance companies we recommend our customers to consider an interest free credit card as a sensible alternative to the high interest rates on offer.
