Yes, all our locations allow you to park your car very close to our doors so that we can load the scooter to make sure it will fit.
Yes. We always have a good selection of rise and recline chairs in various sizes on display for you to try, and if you can’t find one that fits, we will be happy to make a made to measure chair for you.
Yes, in all of our showrooms you will find different adjustable beds and mattress’s for you to try for comfort.
Yes, mobility scooters, rise and recline chairs and adjustable beds are all delivered free of charge. Smaller items may incur a charge depending on location, ask the showroom manager for more details at the time of purchase.
Yes, we offer part exchange on mobility scooters and powerchairs, ask the manager in the showroom for a valuation.
Yes, we offer a mobile service at your home or you can drop your scooter off at any of our showrooms. Costs vary depending on what’s required, a service on a portable scooter dropped into our showroom would be £45.00 where as a home visit and service on a large scooter would be £95.00. Call us for a quote.
Yes, drop them into us and they are normally ready next day. Full test with print out is £10.00 per pair.
No, we don’t. We do however lend out a wheelchair on a very short term basis to help out for our local customers to each showroom for free. These are first come first served and not bookable in advance.

No, we don’t offer any finance. Due to the poor value offered by third party finance companies we recommend our customers to consider an interest free credit card as a sensible alternative to the high interest rates on offer.
