We do hope you are all coping with the Coronavirus Covid-19 situation as well as you can be given the circumstances. We are monitoring the advice of the Government closely as to how and when we may look to re-open our showrooms safely. Currently our Warminster and Shepton Mallet showrooms remain closed until further notice, but hopefully in the not too distant future they can re-open. Our Trudoxhill Frome showroom is open as detailed below.
SHOWROOM OPENING TIMES
Our main office at Trudoxhill Frome is open and we have full showroom facilities available with all products in stock.
We are open as a showroom between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm Monday to Saturday.
Social distancing will be observed, remember “only a fool ignores the 2 metre rule”
We operate a one in, one out policy. We are happy for couples to come together as you will be the only ones in the showroom.
We have hand sanitiser and gloves available for your use whilst shopping with us.
We have a large open car park, where you can wait in your car until it is your turn.
WEBSITE UPDATE
We have just undertaken an extensive upgrade of our website to now include all of the products we sell in our showrooms and their individual prices.
What this means is, although you cannot purchase directly off our website, you can see exactly what we have in our showrooms and the cost before paying us a visit.
Why is this different? Well invariably a retailer in the mobility sector will have a website that does not reflect what they have in their shops but more an indication of what could be available if you asked for it, meaning if your drove to the shop you wouldn’t be able to see or try many products, resulting in a waste of your time.
We are still adding to the inventory and marking products out of stock where appropriate.
THREE WAYS TO BUY
- Call and Collect – Telephone us on 01373 836165 option 1 to buy something you have seen on our website and we can arrange a time for you to collect it.
- Call with Free Delivery – If you are unable to come to us due to travel restrictions or self isolation, we can take your order by telephone on 01373 836165 option 1 and then arrange with you a timed contactless delivery to your doorstep.
- Showroom Visit – Just come over to our showroom at Trudoxhill Frome between Monday and Saturday. We are open from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm. You may wish to check if you are driving a long way that we have the item or items before leaving home, just to be sure. Stock levels are good at the moment.
