The new and improved mLite is now available with the added advantage of an easily removeable battery pack. The seat back has also been slightly raised to offer more support.
The mLite lightweight mobility scooter fits fairly and squarely in the lightweight folding mobility scooter category. This aluminium framed lightweight mobility scooter folds up in a couple of quick easy movements. The mLite is truly a game changing lightweight mobility scooter as it weighs less than 18kg in total. You do not have to remove any parts at all.
Following all our testing we are pleased to say we found the mLite to be an excellent small mobility scooter with plenty of power and exceptionally well built. The folding mechanism is very good and positive. There is plenty of leg room and the front footrest extends the leg room for taller people and the seat is surprisingly comfortable as it looks quite small, but in reality it is more than adequate.
The motor and electrics on the mLite are well thought through and the power is provided by a lightweight lithium battery in the compartment under the seat. Speed control and a battery power indicator on the dash are all you need to keep in touch how the mLite folding mobility scooter is performing.
Ultimately the mLite mobility scooter is all about the weight. As all the other mobility scooters in this class weigh in at between 25 kg and 28 kg, then you can see why the mLite has such a big advantage.
If the total weight of the mLite is too much for you to lift, we would suggest you consider the Supalite Mobility Scooter.
