The Excel G-Explorer Self-Propelled Wheelchair from Van Os is a more rugged all-terrain wheelchair.
The G-Explorer is fitted out with mountain bike style tyres which give you terrific grip on different ground conditions, making it far easier to propel yourself when the ground is slippery or wet. The lighter tubular frame gives a more sporty look to the G-Explorer and using proven technology from the cycle industry, the hub and axle give a very slick, easy run to the wheelchair.
Armrests that alter in height and adjustable footrests enhance the user’s comfort.
The Excel G-Explorer Self-Propelled Wheelchair is very easy to fold for transportation and the large rear wheels pop off if more space is needed just by pushing the centre hub button.
Two frame colours to choose from Trail Black and Silk Silver.
The upholstery is black and orange.
Finally, this self propel wheelchair also comes in three seat widths 16″, 18″ and 20″. The 20″ seat costs £499.00 ex vat. VAT exemption is available for those that qualify, please ask in-store for details.
